- How to interview – what to ask, what not to ask, and how to make sure you get the information you need to make the best hiring decision
- How to check references
- Communicating your expectations to the new employee regarding your farms’ goals and priorities
- Motivating your employee for the best performance
- How to address problems with your employee – corrective action, and termination of employee when necessary
