Steakhouse dinner at home

Beef was the food of the day at the most recent Winter Farmers’ Market in Exeter, so two steaks from Hurd Farm were purchased. Without thinking ahead, we also purchased butter and blue cheese from Brookford Farm, russet potatoes from Riverside Farm, and spinach from Burnt Swamp Farm (and also kale, and eggs, and more spinach, and bread). We already had some basil vinegar from The Herb Farmacy, which we always sprinkle on our sauteed spinach at the last moment. Steakhouse style dinner ingredients, so steakhouse dinner it was, all from the farmers’ market.
