Join us for an evening of discussion and exploration on the topic of fermentation led by Auspicious Brew founder and head brewer, Helen Leavitt. We will cover a brief  history of fermentation and its influence on society, various basic recipes of favorite fermented foods and beverages, and sample a selection of fermented foods including locally made sourdough, raw cheese, cured meats, fermented veggies, and of course - kombucha!
