$50 per person

Seacoast Local’s EPIC 50 MILE Chef Challenge: Yes, it’s winter but we’re driving top chefs to make it happen.

It’s a Face Off …or a dare and you are invited. So chefs, what’s it going to be? Fish, game, artesian cheese, turnips, kohlrabi, leafy greens, beer? The food is ALL local — less than 50 mile radius. No citrus, no imported sugar, salt or oil. Farmers and producers have everything needed to go gourmet right here.

The aforementioned obsessively local concept, along with the roster of chefs… it is inevitable, the guest with fork, knife and food will win.

MENU
Dryad’s saddle mushroom and nettle brodo with raw scallop
Ice-fished Smelts with house-cured Meadow’s Mirth guanciale, chebar and spinach salad
Maine shrimp with whole Maine wheat seitan, sea lettuce and hand-cut noodles
Salted Silver Hake Chowder with smoked Breezy Hill fatback, and cellared roots
Birch and Maple Syrup Bread Pudding with White Gate Farm custard
