It's National Farmers' Market Week!
For so many reasons, farmers markets have always been essential. They bring communities together with nutritious food, preserve open spaces and the livelihoods of local farmers, stimulate local economies, contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, and so much more.
At Seacoast Eat Local, we are proud to have added the operation of four summer markets this year in addition to our two winter markets (which we are already planning!). We are committed to keep learning and to keep improving the market experience for all parties as we go. And we are so thankful to everyone who has supported us and the Dover, Durham, Exeter, Stratham, Portsmouth, and Rollinsford markets this year!
If you love our Farmers' Markets and also believe they are essential, then we ask you to support us by becoming a recurring donor or participating in our Common Cents program so we can keep them going strong! Learn more about these options at seacoasteatlocal.org/donate or via the link in our bio. Thank you for your support of our local food system, and we hope to see you at market this week!
